A central element of our impact strategy relies on the Theory of Change, which guides us in the planning and design of actions. Planning with the Theory of Change means moving intentionally towards a desirable vision of transformation, starting with the end goal and working backwards to define the actions and resources needed to achieve it.

Monitoring and evaluation of impact are central to our strategic planning. Each year, we will produce an impact report that assesses our activities against global challenges and specific objectives. This critical analysis allows us to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen our mission, ensuring transparency and accountability to stakeholders while guiding our future development.
